Thriving Starts Here!

Meant to Thrive was created with the belief that every child and young adult is meant to thrive by doing what brings them joy and meaning.

 

Our purpose is to empower individuals and their families to live their best lives, fostering independence and promoting growth through individualised Occupational Therapy support that is person-led, fun, and meaningful!

 

Before creating Meant to Thrive, our journey began by providing Occupational Therapy services in rural and remote communities. This early experience sparked a passion for supporting families in areas with limited access to care.

 

We believe everyone deserves the chance to thrive, regardless of where they live, and are dedicated to providing flexible, personalised Occupational Therapy support tailored to each individual’s unique needs.

Assessment & Consultation

We offer a wide range of Occupational Therapy assessments.

 

Including:

  • OT Initial Assessments

  • Functional Capacity Assessments

  • School and Kindy Observations

  • Personalised Consultations to support your individual goals.

Reports

We provide detailed reports for NDIS, schools, and families.

 

Including:

  • Assessment Summaries

  • Functional Capacity Assessment Reports

  • Progress updates

  • Therapy plans

  • Personalised home programs to support ongoing goals.

Occupational Therapy Capacity Building

We provide Occupational Therapy services to children and young adults, that focus on building everyday skills, to increase independence, and support meaningful participation in daily life.

We provide support for NDIS participants (self and plan managed), and privately paying families.

We are a mobile service that visits homes, kindy’s, schools, and the community. We also provide a telehealth service!
